The Uraía team is composed of a multi-disciplinary team based in different regions of the world. We work closely with municipalities and their partners in bringing experiences of cities who are using SMART technologies for a more effective municipal management. Agyedho Adwok Nyaba

Agyedho supports Uraía communications and networking with our Platform members. Based in Nairobi and a national of South Sudan (the youngest country in the world) she is convinced that SMART technologies can improve the quality of life in the city by helping local administrations to better manage public services and by bringing citizens closer to decision makers. Jean-François Habeau

Diana A. Lopez Caramazana

Diana is Head of the Local Government and Decentralization Unit at UN-HABITAT. She is passionate about the role of local and regional governments to achieve sustainable development (particularly urban!). She is Spanish but currently lives in Nairobi, Kenya and her main areas of expertise are global issues on local governance, municipal management and innovation in public administration. Fabienne Perucca

Fabienne works in the Local Government and Decentralization Unit at UN HABITAT. She is French based in Manila, Philippines and her main areas of expertise are urban and metropolitan governance, access to basic services and municipal management. Maria Alejandra Rico
